Sign-up with Child's name, age and Past Experience and whether they have their own clubs. Clubs are provided.

Provide contact name, email and phone number and Emergency contact name and phone number (different than contact name)

Signing up on-line gives Red Barn permission to us child's picture in advertisements (Facebook, Web site ... etc.). No Refunds
